The 14th Coal-based New Materials Green Development Forum was held at Ningdong Base from 19th July to 20th July 2023, the personnels from domestic and foreign coal chemical industry, new chemical materials industry, fine chemicals industry, representatives of research institutes, investment & financing institutions, news media and others, are invited to discuss the industrial policies and market trends of coal-based new materials and the development of related emerging technologies under the dual-carbon background. Liang Zhen, the person in charge of this business of DODGEN Company, carried out a speech in the forum around the theme of "PGA and its copolymer process technology" and launched a systematic introduction on the progress of the pilot test.

The pilot base of Shanghai DODGEN Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. is ranked among them, and so far, several projects have been tested in the pilot base in Ningdong. In the pilot base of DODGEN, the relevant staff introduced the development results and applications of DODGEN (PGA) polyglycolic acid project to the visitors.
It is imperative to accelerate the iteration and upgrading of the coal chemical industry and develop new coal-based materials. At present, driven by various industries, domestic coal-based new materials are facing developing in the direction of green, low-carbon and high-end.
