    The 12th World Congress of Chemical Engineering (WCCE12) and the 21st Asia Pacific Confederation of Chemical Engineering Congress (APCChE 2025)—a landmark event in the global chemical engineering field—was recently held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. The 2025 International Chemical Innovation Expo took place alongside as a key supporting event.

    In chemical processes, separation accounts for up to 80% of total energy consumption. This challenge is especially acute in the purification of high-purity chemicals for electronics and advanced materials, where both energy demand and technical complexity are high. DODGEN’s Swirling Falling Film Crystallizer addresses this bottleneck—enabling the production of high-purity compounds with significantly reduced energy use.

    “We integrate distillation with melt crystallization, leveraging solid-liquid phase equilibrium and efficient thermal energy utilization to achieve high-efficiency separation and purification of mixtures—while significantly reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions,”
    said DODGEN’s R&D lead at the press conference.
