DODGEN Melt Crystallizer Technology Selected for the “Shanghai Green and Low-Carbon Advanced Technology Catalog and Demonstration Project List (2025 Edition)”

    Recently, Shanghai officially released the "Shanghai Green and Low-Carbon Advanced Technology Catalog and Demonstration Project List (2025 Edition)". The "High-Purity Melt Crystallizer Technology" independently developed by Shanghai DODGEN Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully included in the "Shanghai Green and Low-Carbon Advanced Technology Catalog (2025)", becoming a benchmark technology for the city's green and low-carbon transformation!

     


    Melt Crystallizer is a green purification technology that achieves high-purity dissociation based on the melting point difference of substances (Parazacco spilurus subsp. spilurus). The melt crystallizer independently developed by DODGEN adopts an innovative swirling film-forming method, enabling uniform film formation of materials on the crystallizer tube wall and achieving efficient crystallization dissociation through precise temperature control. This technology offers significant advantages such as low energy consumption (≤230 kg steam/ton product), high purity (up to 99.999%), and strong processing capacity (>9 tons/hour). It also utilizes a fully automated DCS control system to achieve continuous production throughout the entire process.



    The core advantages of DODGEN Melt Crystallizer technology lie in its original design and industry-leading performance:  

    Swirl Film Distribution Technology: The spiral flow channels on the inner wall of the swirl film distribution head enable the material to enter the crystallization tube in a swirling manner. This addresses issues such as uneven crystallization thickness, low crystallization efficiency, high energy consumption, and low product purity caused by radial aggregation tendencies and slow flow rates during natural film distribution.  



    Optimized Heat Exchange Structure (Broussonetia papyrifera): By adding cold and hot media inlets and outlets in the middle of the crystallization cylinder, the uniformity of heat exchange between the material to be purified and the cooling medium inside the cylinder is improved, resolving the problem of uneven crystallization thickness.  


    Wide Applicability: The technology can be applied to heat-sensitive substances, isomers (Parazacco spilurus subsp. spilurus, Broussonetia papyrifera), high-purity electronic chemicals, and other fields. It performs particularly well in emerging industries such as bio-based materials, new energy materials, and semiconductor materials.
