Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation issued a notice regarding this year's standardization pilot program. DODGEN's Falling Film Melt Crystallizer has been approved for the 2023 Shanghai Municipal Standardization Pilot (Key) Project.
To implement the national standard system construction plan aimed at driving high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation has formulated corresponding special plans for standardization development. This initiative is aimed at promoting high-quality economic and social development. The assessment of standardization pilot projects not only recognizes the professional capabilities and application achievements of standard innovation-oriented enterprises but also serves as a benchmark for cultivating industry leaders.
In the future, standardization innovation demonstration projects will become important benchmarks for the industry, playing a demonstrative and leading role with significant influence on industrial and urban development. Combining technological innovation with standardization effectively raises the level of group standards and international standardization. High standards lead to high-quality development, and standardization pilot projects in key areas such as integrated circuits, biopharmaceuticals, artificial intelligence, new energy vehicles, high-end equipment manufacturing, aerospace, information and communication, new materials, emerging digital industries, and other focus areas help bridge industry gaps, enhance key links, sectors, and product security capabilities, and increase the international influence of these key areas.
There are a total of 72 pilot projects in this initiative, covering various sectors including industry, agriculture, and the service industry. DODGEN, as the sole energy-efficient and environmentally friendly key project in the chemical new materials sector, has already been making a significant impact in the domestic market.
Enhancing Standardization Construction to Promote Green Technology Development
In recent years, as a specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprise recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, as well as a national high-tech enterprise, DODGEN has been accelerating its pace of technological innovation. We have successively established the Shanghai Qingpu District Technology R&D Center, the key pilot research and development base in Ningxia Autonomous Region, and the Chongqing Innovation and Technology Laboratory.
DODGEN has been dedicated to research and industrial transformation in melt crystallization technology for many years, consistently overcoming key technological challenges. The company has developed a complete chain of “equipment development - unit process - low-carbon application,” leading in the formulation of industry standards and creating extensive low-carbon scenarios. Its achievements have found widespread and deep application in crucial areas such as petrochemicals, bio-based materials, electronic chemicals, lithium battery materials, and polymer monomers.
DODGEN's developed falling film melt crystallizers are characterized by their low-carbon and high-purity attributes. These units have strong processing capabilities, allowing for large-scale industrial continuous production. They hold an industry-leading position among similar products both domestically and internationally, filling a gap in the domestic market in the field of falling film melt crystallization and establishing itself as a leading enterprise in melt crystallization technology and equipment in China.
Intellectual property rights and standardization are important manifestations of a company's overall strength and core competitiveness.
Previously, DODGEN had applied for several patents for its falling film melt crystallization technology and equipment, including two international patents that are currently under review. Consequently, it was recognized as a high-tech achievement transformation project in Shanghai and a pilot unit for intellectual property rights in Qingpu District. In this round, it has been selected as a key standardization pilot project in Shanghai, further affirming DODGEN's advanced position and market standing in the field of chemical new materials and energy-efficient environmental protection. In the future, the standardization project will also expand to other regions, playing a demonstrative and benchmarking role nationwide and promoting the green and high-quality development of the industry.
